GEPB Volunteer Program 

For Golden Eagle Baseball to successfully operate, we ask for our families to participate in the many volunteer jobs and duties required during the baseball season.

You must choose one of the volunteer program options below during registration, no exceptions.

Option A

Volunteer: Complete 8 volunteer hours per registered player* within the Spring baseball season. A $200 volunteer deposit per player* will be collected upon registration, and refunded upon the full completion of 8 hours. 

*Max 16 hours/ $400 deposit per family with 2+ registered players 

HOW TO EARN VOLUNTEER HOURS:

The following team volunteer positions will satisfy volunteer hours:

Head Coach (16 hours)
Assistant Coach (16 hours) 
Team Parent (8 hours)
Scorekeeper (8 hours)
Field Prep (8 hours)

Other typical volunteer opportunities will include*:
Field Maintenance Days (2-3/ season)
Snack Bar/ BBQ
Events

*Sign-ups in advance may be required. 

Option B

Buy-out: Pay a non-refundable $200 fee per player (max $400 per family) in lieu of volunteering.

Terms & Conditions:
No partial refunds will be processed.  Refunds will be processed in a timely matter and will be issued no later than 1 week following Closing Ceremonies.  Original form of payment will be credited.  
A "No show" of a sign-up opportunity will result in complete forfeiture of volunteer deposit.  Rescheduling requires at least 72hour notice, otherwise will be considered a No Show. 
Volunteer may only have immediate family replace them for hours (no exceptions).
